"I recently visited Men's Wearhouse in Greenfield to return an item, and the experience left me extremely disappointed. Despite the item's value being only $130, they refused to provide a cash refund. To make matters worse, I was informed post-return processing that it would take over 2 weeks to receive a refund check by mail, a delay that was never communicated initially. When I requested to undo the transaction, I was met with resistance as they claimed it was impossible. The lack of transparency about their refund process and the unhelpful attitude of the staff left me feeling unsatisfied, upset, and disheartened. It's disconcerting that important policies are tucked away on the back of the receipt, expecting customers to discover them after the fact. Overall, my experience was marred by the staff and the company's apparent lack of sympathy and care for customer concerns."

The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the end they were well dressed men. Sadly my son only wore his suit the 1 time as he died last month, but he left his suit to his 15 year old nephew, Bradley who he is holding hands with in the photo. Hopefully Bradley will get a lifetme of use from wearing the suit and cherish the gift his uncle Robert left him."
