"Staff was very friendly and nice. Don’t waste your time going there with your items though. Out of all the nice things we brought in that included Nike, northface, Adidas, PINK and other brands they chose to offer $16 for 5 of the worst things I brought in. Made absolutely no sense. At that price I will just go donate to charity or others in need."

"When I walked in the young lady that's taking products your selling them was nice. When I came back after they were done sorting. The check out lady, with short hair and glasses, she told me what they would like and the price. I told her I'll pass on the offer but thank you anyways, she immediately gave me attitude, slick remarks that her negative butt could've have kept to herself, there was no reason for her to come at me the way she did, I was cordial and told her have a good day and left. Disgusted with the customer service. I looked at previous reviews but ignored them, but they're right about the disrespect...."

"I went to sell a ton of stuff last week and I had a lot of name brand and expensive stuff but they barely wanted anything and half the stuff I have I bought from there. When I was shopping I had noticed there was stuff with holes in it but they rather have that than good nice stuff. One of the other people selling also had bran new stuff and they didn’t take any and she was complaining about them to me. This place is going down hill ."

"I’ve sold and bought from both here and Brookfield. I like the Brookfield one a little better if I’m being honest. This location didn’t take much of my good/cute stuff, which I understand is based on the stores size/inventory needs- not the biggest deal but I couldn’t help but to roll my eyes at some of the stuff that did make it to the rack. Not my style- but everyone’s different(see pics.) I did find a few cute things on the clearance rack! The staff was friendly and helpful. I am not bitter and don’t want to slight the store but I hope this review is taken constructively. I’ll definitely be back, I hope they can step up their game a little bit style wise."

"Can’t believe the experience I had here. This is my first review ever. I just have to express my feelings. I drove to Plato’s closet which is 20 mins away from my house with a garbage bag full of clothes. I saw a sign saying they did not accept plastic garbage bags but I still asked if they could take my garbage of clothes. They said they couldn’t take garbage bags because they rip, and they if i bring in a duffel bag or another bag they would accept. I drove back to my house and put all my clothes in my duffel bag and drove back. Once I return I see that they are accept someone’s clothes with a plastic garbage bag. So disappointed. I drove there and back to my house twice. Just for them to accept someone’s clothes with a garbage bag which I originally had."
