"I’m writing this because me and my mom had the worst experience ever. We walked in and the store was ok, there was two girls behind the register area talking, they didn’t say anything to us at all. After the help from a white girl with glasses we went to check out and the entire time we were there they made us feel very uncomfortable, one girl with dark colored hair was having a conversation with the girl checking us out and she said the F bomb twice. They both just wanted us out of there. If the staff was more like the other lady that actually helped us it would be a lot better"

"I just went there today to try and return a pair of shoes and the lady there said she couldnt return them cause they worn, does live with me, how would she know i didnt wear them. Very bad customer service and very rude, dont recommend this place to anyone. From now on i will be buying my shoes from kohls and they will not be sketchers."

"Don't buy anything from this store The receipt says satisfaction guaranteed when you return anything there the manager says they were worn and I didn't wear them but she said I did and the picture clearly shows I did not"

"So when I arrived, the worker/manager never greeted me but I was like “whatever, it’s cool.” But he also was on his cellphone and didn’t even bother to put it down and still I said “OKAYY but whatever” (cuz that’s a big customer service nono). Then the real dis came: as soon as a white person came through the door, he greeted her and promptly put his cellphone away. Then he greeted every other white person upon entry. So I told him that as a mystery shopper he’ll get reviewed and rated accordingly. His face flushed red and that’s when he knew he fkd up. So I went to Shoe Carnival instead."
