"Tried twice to get change for a dollar turned down twice. Highly inconvenienced by this and disappointed. It feels that as time goes on you as a company are removing the things that make you better than the competition. You have about 3 things left and all of them don't Capt anything but I predict that they are going to abandon them soon."
"Crazy but staff has gone waaaay down hill. Prior to Covid they had the kid ply center where they watched your child while you shopped. The girl that was always smiling and watching our son now gives us the meanest looks and is down right rude. Used to be amazing staff (been a customer since day 1 of this location) PAM was an asset to that building. Generally speaking the tradition of being treated ALMOST OVERLY nicely has gone out the window. Such a shame when the cost of goods there are exceptionally high, good customer service would be nice. The basic staff that’s been there the longest are just rude, mean faced. Ever feel like even though you’re a good person and work hard for what you’ve gotten, people make you feel lesser than, or as if you’re doing something wrong? That’s this location. I wish I could remember the specific girl (but she’s def not the only one) with long black hair and an attitude. Makes me sad and scared that I trusted her with my child at such a young age. The newer staff, mainly young, comes and goes so frequently that it’s hard to build any relationship and dealt with a lot of attitudes. I’ve had the manger call and apologize because my wife bought the wrong peanut butter so I returned it and you would’ve thought I stole a car and was trying to get the $$ back for it. When you spend thousands at a more “locally owned” place and pay more, simple RESPECT is appreciated. That’s what the worlds become though and this location is not above that unfortunately."
"Definitely convenient for a quick stop in to grab a few things. Has a standard selection at an okay price. The real standout, though, are the meat and bakery areas! Nice variety of meats and fresh baked goods, makes this place a usual stop for those particular things. I'd say the biggest downside is just how crowded the parking lot can get and how inconsiderate some fellow drivers can be (although I suppose that's not unique to just this place)."
"This Festival Foods location has it all! Wonderful assortment of items at a reasonable price. Amazing team members, they greet you, pay attention to the customers to see if there is something they can be proactive about and an overall pleasing shopping experience. Kudos to the corporate executives, the store managers and employees for getting this right."
"What has happened to a good selection? I'm usually critical when stores have a crazy selection of things like 6 different fragrances of garbage bags. I don't know what's happened here! The store is the same size but it seems like there is so much LESS to choose from. Minimal yoghurt, coffee on sale but it's half the size of what I want so I came home without it. TWO choices of baby shower cards? I came here for a few things but I'm better off at my little home town grocery. Yes, the produce is wonderful but..."
