"I was a walk-in customer with an idea of what I wanted to get from my account. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I let him know what I wanted and was shown the options of my particular item (storage). I was also told about a deal that was going on at that point in time, which was a great offer. I was helped in a timely manner and was told what I needed to know in regard to the changes in my account. Paperwork was given, and other gadgets to go with my new iPhone were shown and communicated on how they'd help and work. Like a new charger that accepted C charger cords as well as the iPhone charger. So I can charge the iPhone and an android or tablet at the same time. So 2 ports and fast charging. Great service, help, and quick. In and out experience. Loved it and will be returning to this particular cellcom for my future upgrades. Thanks for the great experience and service! Using "find my phone" they were able to pinpoint the location of my phone and I forwarded that information to the police office who was helping me. One person came close to reuning my day.
