"There were zero carts available when we walked in, and were very surprised to find that there were no heads of lettuce, and the romaine was looking pretty rough. The shining star of this place was the cashier, Jaden. He was extremely quick both scanning and bagging our groceries. He had a very pleasant demeanor and really did a fantastic job!"

"This is quite possibly the worst pick n save in the city. I'd rather drive 50 miles than go to this store. It's poorly supplied by corporate. They have the oldest carts the floor is never clean. The employees are nice but it's obvious they are under paid which is why they are under staffed. Just a horrible store overall and I'm wondering who paid the other person for the 4 star review lol"

"Wow very amazing customer service. At the very least the Deli Department came through. I am forever grateful. I called Metro Market on Van Buren. The Asst Manager was very rude. However, this one on Silver Spring saved the day. They processed my order and never asked questions. They all were phenomenal and showed dynamic. Customer service. Thank you!! Deli"

"Im so sick of this store closing whenever the employees feel like they're done working. Sometimes 10 mins, sometimes 30. Never know. The posted hrs don't mean anything at all and im tired of wasting my time and my gas driving up there at 9:45-9:50 to be told “nope! We closed “ whoever is in cjatge of hiring needs to just clean house and start over with the night shift crew"
