They asked if they could help me find something, I told them what I needed, and one of them took me directly to it. I was in and out. I’m grateful for their great customer service. I usually dread going to the hardware store because it can be overwhelming, but this trip was very different. The staff took me to what I asked for instead of telling me where it’s is and expecting me to guess which one is best for my task.
