"Hi, I have been here in Tracy for a year now so I thought I would go get my nails done with my daughter. Went to Hailey Nails and the girl Tiffany is extremely rude, if she is having a bad day she will take it out on you. she rushes, she makes rude comments. They never have any new colors and they cannot do designs and she gets angry if you ask for them. My daughter got a pedicure and they rushed her out so fast for the amount of $50 for a pedicure you should not be rushed out of there. They did a terrible job and we’re extremely rude I couldn’t believe the service here. This place is a nightmare don’t go there"

"Got my nails done on 08/12 and two days later they were completely popping off throughout the day. I was in town visiting from Texas. When I tried to send photos and get a refund for my nails I was hung up on twice. I have file with the police department, BBB, and also the board of cosmetology today. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"I am highly disappointed with the pedicure I received. I paid for the higher quality pedicure, but it only lasted 10 minutes and was not nearly worth the price. Then I had them add gel polish. The first individual painting my nails did a horrible job. She left whole sections of the toes without polish, left bubbles of paint from not brushing the paint to the end of the toe, and had paint covering all of the cuticles because she did not remove the cuticles like she was supposed to. After her “fixing” them, they looked worse than they did the first time. She then had a second lady take over. She could not grasp that there were clear impurities because they had been painted over 8 or 9 times at this point. I finally told her to remove the polish completely and I would have them painted elsewhere. This is by far the worst pedicure I have received in my life."

"My favorite nail salon! I had my first acrylics here for prom and they looked amazing. When I went back, I got even better results for the next set I got. Great prices and the experience here has always been great, relaxing and peaceful. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great pamper day and well executed nail designs!"
