"The Ulta Customer service line is a joke. I was promised my delivery would arrive on a specific date. Three days later it still has yet to arrive. To top it off, they advertised a ceramic iron 50% off. It was out of stock instore and online during the sale, but did appear miraculously the following day...once the sale was over. When I called customer service to try and get the deal, they informed me there is no rain check, no price matching, no refund, no recourse, no empathy nor customer satisfaction. I am a 10+ Diamond customer. My current outstanding order is in excess of $500. I will definitly return it and purchase elsewhere, if EVER it shows up . I will not spend another dollar on this less than forthright company. They lie about expected package arrival dates and sale items. I am a shopper. I know my stuff! Ulta should learn customer satisfaction."
