"Taylor has retired and the staff working there were only 2. The person who cut my hair was no where a recommended one. I showed her a picture on how I wanted my hair cut but needless to say, she was far from it! She was breathing too hard like she was gunna pass out! She should be the one who needs to retire, not Taylor!"

"I didn't like my hair color afterwards & wanted to cry. It's my fault though, because I didn't specify a color. I just said I didn't want it dark. Well...it was dark, & I hated it. I still hate it, but keep getting compliments about my eyes now. So, I am trying to lightening it with strong shampoos. Again, it's my fault...I guess."

"Unfortunately I have to give them the lowest rating they had other hair stylists there but they seem to have moved on but the worst part is they don't have a CASH ONLY SIGN UP they have an ATM but you have to pay even more it's just sad it once was a nice place for a haircut"

If you’re trying to book with Taylor, call ahead of time and ask for the next available appointment as she does get booked out. Today, I had one of their staffs, didn’t get her name, and she listened to what I’ve asked of how I’d like my hair to be, showed her pictures and asked for suggestions what kind of highlight color is good for the summer. I’m not that picky so I was happy with the results."
