"I am 100% for supporting local business, so instead of going other places where I can get products for cheaper I usually go here as it's a couple blocks from my house. I'm not sure why I have continued to give return business in the first place as the service, if you can even call it that, is horrible. I feel like I am bothering them every time I am there by even asking a question. I guess they're too busy hitting whip-it's behind the counter. Yes, that happened. Anyway, I went the other day to purchase a small portable scale and when I got home, it weighed small things just fine, but when taring at higher weights it would swing up and down by about .5 grams. I went to exchange it 30 mins later and was told they would not help me. I was told that it worked just fine and that there is nothing they could do for me. I wasn't asking for money back, just a product that works correctly. I have spent easily over $1000 there and they wouldn't exchange a $19 scale. So I brought it home, recorded video of it acting up, and then went and threw it on their door step. Trash."
