"The staff is rude especially the black lady with glasses, I have seen and heard her be rude to customers that did not deserve it. I went to this store 3-4 times a week but because of her I no longer shop here. With so much theft you would think that they want to keep the paying customers but I guess not. If she no longer works there I might return."

"My grandfather went in to get laundry soap and glasses. At the register he did not realize the glasses were $7 so he said oh that’s too much and the lady told him well go to the dollar tree if you don’t want to pay. She was rude and the comment was not necessary she should have just taken them off. He didn’t purchase anything and left."

"I came in at 8:56 p.m. I know it was really close to closing time but I desperately needed some airborne or Emergen C cuz I wasn't feeling well an I just got off work. I was greeted with we close in 3 minutes and I'm like ok I'll be quick just need one thing. The lady working there was rude. Like basically telling me to hurry. I needed my ID for some medicine an I left it in the car because now a days we have apple pay. She then says I can't let you out and back in either because we are past the closing time. I said can I give you my date of birth she said no. So I'm like ok what item requires my ID? Because I had 2 items an she Says with a smart remark whatever you have there that requires ID. Well yea that's obvious but I was asking to have it taken off the transaction so I could at least buy the other item. I just felt like she had an attitude an was not happy to there or assist me as a customer! The gentlemen was nice an patient but the lady was condescending. I made it on time before the doors closed why is that a problem? Anyway. It's citrus heights I guess I won't be back here. It was a quick convenient stop before heading home!"
