"Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Was given a gift of shoes and wanted to return them for in store credit. The two female clerks looked at each other like they had no idea what that was or how to do it. I asked them not to proceed with the return and call someone to help. They pushed a bunch of buttons on the cashier instead of waiting for their supervisor and accidentally did an irreversible return. When the supervisor got there he said there was no way to reverse it and I was out $70. The only thing he offered me was a lousy discount, so I would still be having to pay for a new pair of shoes. Out $70 with a simple “sorry”. Will never shop at DSW again."
