"What an unfortunate experience I had at this location after I had just spent over $2000 on merchandise. I had to exchange a few items and return some as I had placed an online order last week. It was 25 minutes to close and they were making comments about how I picked an interesting time to come in and how they had dinner at home waiting! I felt judged and as if I was an inconvenience. I gave this store credit when I placed my order online! These are adults behaving this way. When my husband and I walked out the door 15 minutes before close they shut the lights off and locked the door behind us. They may need to update their hours they have posted. I will be following up with a district manager at this point."
