"Horrible experience today. Kind of busy but that’s expected for a Saturday. However, that’s not the issue I experienced today. A manager, who I later found out is Donna, was yelling at an employee out in the open in front of customers. It was very uncomfortable to hear and watch. I feel for the employee as I was here a week before and he was so kind to me and my friend while we were shopping. I hope this store finds better management because having a manager who does things like that is inexcusable."

"There prices for mens shorts was over fifty dollars a pair ! I think that is absolutely absurd. I went in to buy some shorts for this summer, but they had a small selection for mens shorts. However I did find some shorts i wanted to buy, but I wanted to try them on, but the fitting rooms were closed for some unknown reason. I did receive good guest service as I was approached twice by two different store employees when I was wondering the store. It was not busy at all around the late afternoon when I was there. The out side of the store such as there signage is due for some upkeep. The inside of the store was not as clean as it should have been. There was a huge layer of dust on every window display in the store. I am disappointed in the appearance of the outside and inside of this American Eagle location. I know that it is hard with covid right now to employee in the retail industry, but keeping the store dust free from the huge layer I saw is not a hard task to do. I hope that their district and or store manager puts more effort into their appearance and look of this location. I do wish I could have taken more pictures though."
