Consumer Reports, Kelley Blue Book, and Carfax recommend NOT sharing this information online. There was no confusion or miscommunication in the process as the owner suggests. Buyers should be cautious of anyone insisting on a picture of the car title and drivers license without ever having seen the car."

"Super friendly and caring! Here's my story: Suddenly after a stop to get gas, my minivan refused to go into Drive. It's not an old van, so no reason it should be having transmission problems. I talked to the folks at Quick Lane, who weren't able to diagnose the issues. They called Rochester Motor Cars, and Chad and Steve came out to the gas station (helping me avoid a costly tow truck bill). They cheerfully looked into the issue and had a sneaking suspicion something was stuck in the shifter. After moving some things around in the engine area, they found the culprit. A walnut! Amazingly, they didn't charge me for the service, which just made my day after fearing the worst about my transmission. Great staff and highly recommend!"
