Cindy was absolutely INCREDIBLE and made one of the most gorgeous bouquets I've seen! My mom loved them! They were absolutely beautiful and she took them out to deliver them the same day so it worked out great! I will use them for every occasion for my mom moving forward!"

"I’m 23 and I have been a customer here since my first grade music recital corsage. I have bought or been gifted many arrangements from north branch floral over the years, so when it came to my wedding arrangements there was no question where my business was going. I had a very small ceremony so the flowers were one of the most important aspects to me. My mother and I placed my order in person and paid a month in advance. When my brother went to pick up my flowers on the day of my ceremony they had forgotten to make everything. In a few minutes she whipped up a couple boutonnieres, a couple corsages and two bouquets. None of them containing the flowers I wanted. This wait caused my brother who was also a groomsmen to be late and put my whole ceremony back a half hour. It was extremely embarrassing and disappointing. Grandparents and parents went without flowers I had promised them. Obviously I didn’t let it ruin the day, but many months later this memory is very sour to me. They had my contact information on my order and could have called to at least apologize or offer amends and never did. I also was never refunded for the flowers I never received. So now I get my flowers from county market and it is very sad to me."
