"I always take my vehicle in for service and Anderson Koch. The service team is kind and friendly. They apply coupons for discounts without me asking and don’t try to charge me for unnecessary services. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, front brakes were squeaking a little and I had a tire sensor monitor fault that began with the cold temps. They reached out after looking at it and said my brakes still had lots of pad left and they didn’t recommend replacing them yet. They said they’d investigate the squeak and that saved me an additional couple hundred dollars I was prepared to spend. Had all the work done in just a couple hours and they ordered me a new front camera that’s covered under a recent recall. I needed the car back same day so didn’t have it installed but they offered to come install it at my home when it came in the following day, if I was interested. Just all around great team, that’s why I keep going back!!"

"I’ve only ever been involved with the service center. Once they came to pick up my car at my house to do a recall and they delivered it back in mint condition. Today, I went in for an oil change. Super easy scheduling online! Very nice and knowledgeable guys, that were able to answer any questions I had. They found that my car had a recall and fixed that as well during the same appointment. The waiting area is nice and clean. Everyone is so cheerful and down to earth. Nice to know I have a great place to take my vehicle! Thank you!"

"This was my 1st time at Anderson & Koch Ford. I live in the area but have always used a dealership in the cities because that is where my husband is from and we have always just used them. Until now! My 16 year old son just bought a used car and after he bought it the latch on the back door wouldn’t latch. I looked up how to fix it and noticed that there was a recall on the door latch.
