"I haven't had a problem with any other Kwik trip worker but the new girl is nothing but rude to me. this lady will not even try to be professional, she gives me dirty looks, rolls her eyes, argues with me and makes it feel as if I'm putting her out of her way if I ask a simple question. last night I had to split my purchase into separate payments so I could afford my what I was there to buy, immediately I informed her what 1 item I'm buying separate and I physically put it to the side. she didn't listen and then argued with me about what I said. I said to her I'm going to pay for these separate still. she gave me the most unprofessional rude attitude I have ever experienced and snatched what I was paying for out of my kids hand.i told her I'm sorry I'm broke and she barked back "I'm poor too" I never said I was poor just that I was broke. I think it's safe to say my daughter and I were met with financial class discrimination/prejudice and will be making other reports to the appropriate agencies. I have been a poor single mom for 10 years, I have gotten every look of disgust could imagine, I have plenty experience with others thinking they're above-mentioned me , but this one has now taken 1st place. leaving the store my 8yr old said "that lady has a mean voice and was very rude" well I know she is probably just miserable in life and for that reason she makes others miserable. The part that really hurts my heart is not once, in the 4+ times she was the one behind the register, not once has she wished to see me next time, soon, or every again."
