"Don't order delivery an hour before closure I guess. I ordered a simple order of a Tuna unwhich. I received a call that they were out of unwhiches. I told them all I need was Tuna nothing else. They repeated they were out of unwhiches.. that is literally a piece of lettuce.Very sad indeed. I am waiting to see if my money comes back. Cousins subs and milios is here in town. Don't need JJ anymore!"

"Love JJ, but this location is ridiculous. No consistency, and barely have a driver. Ordered and had set for delivery and was called to say no driver, which is fine because I offered to drive over and pick up, but was told order had to be canceled. I asked why and was told that the tip and driver fee was on there, I explained instead of taking that off or canceling, leave as is and will pick up still. Told them to keep tip. But nope, got canceled and now will wait several days for a credit on my credit card. Seems like this location goes through alot of people and can only feel it's managed poorly. Very unaccomodating and welp will just order somewhere else."

The bread, which is supposed to be a highlight at Jimmy John's, was dry and lacked the freshness one would hope for. Furthermore, the pricing here is simply unjustifiable. The cost of the sandwiches does not align with the quality or portion sizes provided. I left feeling as though I had overpaid for a subpar meal, which is never a pleasant experience. Overall, my visit here was a letdown. From the lackluster service to the disappointing food and unjustifiable pricing, I cannot recommend this establishment. There are far better options available for those seeking a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience."

"Went to get food an hour ago and it was 90° inside the store. My sandwich was warm and gross. Employees apologized and were very nice. But I know it’s not their fault. The manager needs to fix the air conditioning."

"I decided to order close to the closing time. It was my birthday. The delivery exchange felt rude and I immediately felt my sandwich was light. When I opened it up I already knew. I feel personally punished by angry closing staff. Ham and turkey only had 3 TOTAL slices of meat, completely forgot tomatoes. I'd rather my order just have been cancelled."
