Taco Bell

"I purchased an order from the Taco Bell side of this store and they didn't give me about half of my expected order. I ordered 3 Taco Supreme combos and only received 1 and it was NOT supreme, 2 large Nacho fries and recieved both in the smaller size without cheese and they gave me a larger burrito than what was on the dollar menu and charged me almost 3 dollars for it. Staff was pleasant but if I needed to check the entire order I would not return to this location."

"Workers are doing everything they can. They were pleasant and got the food out as fast as they could with 3 people in a restaurant that really should have 6 workers. So it's hard to see their full potential when they are short staffed."

"I ordered a meal from the KFC side of this Tacobell and the chicken was incredibly rubbery like it was under cooked. The register is broken; the soda machine is broken. The staff were friendly, but took along time to make a 8 piece chicken nugget. They forgot my drink along with the biscuit. They were kind and gave me a large soda instead of the medium I ordered. Even with the staff being friendly I'd still recommend going anywhere else."

"After waiting in the drive thru for a hour, they managed to lie and say my whole order was in the bag they handed me. I drive back to work to see an entire meal missing and multiple items from a different order included in the bag. I went back to retrieve my food i was greeted with attitude and even when they handed me what i was missing, they still forgot my side and sauces to go with my nuggets. Overall food isnt a big deal but when i spend 40$ im expecting 40$ worth of effort at the very least yet i was met with what im assuming was the window worker coming down from a drug high. Absolutely unacceptable standards set at this restaurant."

"Always friendly employees. Have had some great conversations with some of them when it is slow. Generally quick with my order and haven't had mess ups. Always clean here. One of ny favorite Taco Bells EDIT: (8/26) I changed from a four star to a two because the last three times we have gone here (drive through only due to COVID) the orders have been missing items. Very disappointed with how it had changed."
