Noodles and Company

"Cashier was nice and patient, guessing he is a prisoner of the machine here. Everything else was gross and sad. Had to search for a table that was clean. Hair in food, didn't even bother to say anything, seemed to fit right in with everything else. Cheese was wet like it came from a can. I'll post a picture, you can be the judge....."

"So me and a friend ordered food..the guy at the register didn't seem like he cared at all..then we are at the table waiting for our names to be called. No name nothing...our bags are put on a shelf with no labels that has our orders after we are already trying to figure our way it's taking so longer. Common sense tells you as a conpany to maybe put a sign for to go orders...not this place. Mind u the guy the took our order walks by at least 5 or 6 times...hello u could have said hey ur food at the shelf ready...not great customer service and dirty on ontop inside and in the back kitchen. And the east ain no better Honestly."

"Normally I give this place 5 stars, but yesterday my pad thai noodles were missing their sauce. Oops! Discovered after I was back at work, so I couldn't return. Pad Thai isn't that exciting without sauce, but it was edible."

"The workers were great but the food was mediocre. Fairly bland noodle dishes that you could make better at home. It was edible, so if you're in a rush or have little kids, this place can work."

"I came pretty late (8 pm) hoping to grab a quick bite for take out, but took forever for one dish... I should have known when I walked in, as another customer was complaining that this was the 3rd time he was asking about his order. The register guy snapped at another worker and they had a whole argument about it... Anyway, I sat down and waited 20 min, finally went back up to ask. They seem pretty unorganized and place was messy, maybe they need more staff. I always appreciated the lemon wedges at the beverage station at other locations, here they were missing, which sounds minor, but is honestly half the reason I usually choose them. Food was good when it finally came, but I'll be avoiding this place for the foreseeable future."
