Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"My bf and I each purchased a stuffed pizza and both placed our orders online literally one minute apart. Mine said it would be ready at 5:41 and his 5:44. When we arrived for pick up, they were just finishing up my pizza up and were working on his next. That is until another woman threw a fit for how long she was waiting. I watched as they turned my bf’s pizza into hers and completely started over on his so we ended up waiting an additional 12-15min. No apology from staff that we didn’t get our pizza until 12-15min after the stated pick up time. They also seemed very disorganized which was odd since they had like 4-5 people working… Doubt we’ll be going back any time soon."

"The ladies here were amazing. They have a new policy were they don't make your pizza until you pay if you order online and I was in a hurry so they bummed up my order. This surprised me since it was during their Tuesday rush. This was the best services I've ever gotten from this location and I've been going here for over 10 years. I only gave 4 stairs for atmosphere because floors where sticky to walk on and bathroom is out of order for customers to use."

"Used to love ordering a family size stuffed pizza. But as of the last 3 times I’ve ordered, especially at this location, the pizzas are getting thinner, smaller, and lighter. Not so much the stuffed pizza I love. If this keeps up, I’m going to take my business to another company. So disappointing. Even brought this up to the manager at the store, and they refused to do anything about it. The family size pizza is about the size of a large now."

"Thank you Dezyre, our pizza was outstanding. I had moved to Verona thusly using the Verona papa Murphy's locaction. I brought it home, baked it and concluded our maker forgot the cheese it was so little. I began using your location despite having moved to Verona because the pizzas were made so well. Dezyre, you earned the 5stars! I mean, this is the dairy state after all?!"

"I had a wonderful experience this past week! The manager and workers were so friendly and helpful! I had asked for a half/half stuffed pizza (I’m new to all this!) and they were so attentive and did a great job. We also loved their 2 for $10 specials and had a wonderful dinner. The kids and the entire fam loved it! Thank you for the great experience! We will surely be back!"
