"I don’t recommend this location, last night I got wings to go and after eating a few found hair and it was on multiple pieces. After my terrible experience wanted to call and notify a manager about it when I did she wasn't helpful or seem like she even cared at all about it and then hung up on me. I was only going to tell her Im going to be calling corporate and hang up anyways. Most likely just to go visit KFC thats about the same distance away next time! Wont be returning."
"I finally stopped and tried the new wings with the sweet and spicy sauce. I also ordered the shrimp box with beans and rice. Wow! Everything came to me hot and crispy. I love that the wings wasn’t completely drenched in the sauce. The only complaint I have is that they gave me the wrong sides so I had to get back in line, which took another 5-10 mins"
"I ordered using the online app and my food was ready very quickly and accurately upon checking in via the drive-thru. I really like the new wings, especially since they come in many heat/spice levels and flavors. The Cajun fries were a good complement to the spicy wings I ordered, being not too spicy themselves. The only minor issue is that the online app let me order Coke Zero for my drink, but they only offer Diet Coke at this restaurant."
"Food was cold and I put a pickup order in through the app drove right up to the window there was no line they Tell me I have to place it through the speaker which makes no sense there was no line it's not like my food was being prepared freshly or anything The food was cold how are you going to survey cold chicken sandwich and it's like 540 so it's not like it was during weird hours to where there wouldn't be an it was during weird hours That's a time where there should be the. Fres5 and hotest"
"Food was good. Service was exceptional great because of the first snow the drive light was off but came back on and they handled it with class. The atmosphere was quiet as always because no one went inside since the pandemic,"
