"Was really looking forward to some tapas and cocktails but the service and food were atrocious. We sat at the bar and there were no less than 5 bartenders. It was busy but not packed. We ordered the bruschetta and it came out on 2” thick baguette bread that was not toasted but MICROWAVED. We also ordered the goat cheese tortellini that was undercooked, luke warm and underwhelming. No one asked how we were doing. No one asked if our food was okay. No one checked on us. We eat ate a 1/3 of the bread and one bite of the pasta and it left such a horrible taste in our mouths that we got up and left. (Yes we paid the bill.) The prices were exorbitant and you are paying for the view of the capital (which is beautiful). It’s my first time in Madison and I will not be coming back to this overpriced and rude restaurant. Very disappointed."

We were fortunate to be seated by the window, offering a delightful view of the Capitol at night. The food was excellent, with the crispy lobster receiving high praise! "Eno Vino Downtown boasts superior views of the Wisconsin State Capitol. Ultra-chic and sleek spot with floor-to-ceiling windows. The bar is the place to see and be seen for a night on the town. Dates will enjoy the food and dramatic Capitol views. Indulge in a cocktail splash or have desserts to share. We essentially tried all the desserts from the Bread pudding down to the Chocolate Fondue. Found that the Passion Fruit Mousse was most flavorful while the Warm Chocolate and Cinnamon fondue was the show stopper. Dip, twirl and feast on berries, bananas and pound cake for a delightful sharable dessert. The Eno Vino craft cocktails & wine list aims to please. I'll take another Manhattan as well as an Amaretto Sour. Eno Vino pleases the senses and the staff is impeccable. Truly earned their 5 stars tonight."

"We came here during my Epic trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we are so happy we did. The view of the Capital building is fantastic from the 10 floor of this hotel building. The food is all tapas, so it's basically expensive small plates, but it did taste quite good. Our favorites were the Crispy Lobster, the Ahi Tuna, and the Braised Short Rib. The Center Cut Filet was a bit overseared, though still medium rare on the inside. For the drinks, we both loved the Espresso Martini! By far, the best I have ever tasted anywhere! My wife definitely preferred the Pearfect Elyxer to the Beauty and the Peach. And while the Isle of Elyx was pleasing aesthetically and quantity wise, we ended up ordering another Espresso Martini to cap the night. For dessert, we both loved the Passion Fruit Mousse and the Piña Colado."
