"I do not go to Subway as much as I used to but we got some good coupons in the mail and truth be told, Subway is delicious so me and my daughter went in last night. When we walked in, nobody was in the store and the woman working didn't say hello, did not acknowledge us until we walked up to the counter to order and she let us know it was going to be a while as she was completing an order of 6 or more subs. I was in no hurry so I did not mind waiting. As we were ready to order, I saw a sign that you only could pick certain subs with your coupon. I asked if I could just pay an upcharge and even easy meat but she refused and let me know that this was "Brenda's store" and she picks and chooses. This did not make sense to me as I was willing to pay but overall with this experience, I will choose to go further away to another location. Brenda, you should hire more personable people to work at your store in customer service."

"On the way back from a trip and came here for subway. Been to couple subways and know it really depends on the people who own it to give you a good experience. Amazing personality from the guy behind the counter and the sandwich was beyond expectations too. Recommended!"
