"Absolutely terrible!! Inedible food. A waste of money and couldn't even eat the food. For about $5 I could have made it BETTER myself. Ordered 2 subs & 2 soups for my wife & myself and it's still sitting here inedible. Called the shop to explain this and was told it was the delivery persons fault! Bad dry bread, WAY too much cracked black pepper in everything & just a horrible experience all in all. Don't waste your time and money. Go somewhere else...."

"The food is great, but I really have to give it up to the woman who seems to always be on top of things and has such a great attitude even when there's a rush. She was able to hand me my mobile order while also checking out another customer. If she's not a manager she should be because she's always on top of things whenever I go and today was no different."

"Great service! I accidentally erased all my toppings from my online order and when I got home I opened a plain sandwich with meat and cheese only. So disappointing! I had to go back. It was totally my fault, but when I went back and explained and ordered a new one (fully planning to pay) they comped it for me. Really nice of them."

"Generally this location is great. Today was not the best. Hardly any staff. I wanted a meatball sub but there were no meatballs. I ordered the chicken club. The chicken was cold and it probably didn’t help that I had to wait longer than usual on a shake. There were no tomatoes. And there was hardly any staff. The staff there today was doing their best. Tables messy. I paid $17.57 of my hard earned money on garbage. It will be awhile before I return."
