"Customer service was not the best in my experience. They have curbside sign that they did not seem utilize without any notice. I needed that service while I had baby in the car and couldn’t carry the pizzas. When I approached the only staff member present, I explained my situation, and he promptly dismissed my request without consideration. Eventually someone was nice to enough to help me to bring pizzas to my car."

"It used to be good at this location, but now it’s absolutely ridiculous. I received an inedible, burnt pizza that wasn’t even similar to what I ordered, after being charged for delivery yet being told via phone call that I would have to come pick it up due to a lack if drivers. I complained three times and received no response. About 10 months later, my husband ordered (unaware of my complaints) and received this (see photo). It’s comical but gross to think that they are messing with people’s pizzas. Will never again order from the Glendale location. It wasn’t always like this."
