"Went to Solly’s for the first time. We ordered the Glendale burger, onion rings and a grilled cheese sandwich. Everything was amazing."

"Good place to just go to and sit down for food. Little to no tables, everyone just sits at the circular bar, so it can fill up fast. Small portions and the burgers have more butter on them than I could imagine, but it’s still good. Most fries and burgers you have to pay separately, but it’s fine."

"We had a fun time and a great tour guide was very helpful. We started as Solly virgins, but left feeling like pros. The food was Aousome and took us back to a simpler time. Kim was so friendly and welcoming. She gave us the whole run down on the history and some reccomendations to order. She was right on the mark. Can't wait to visit again and try the breakfast reccomendations! Thanks Kim!"

"Great place to stop in and have some really great food. The burgers are super juicy you will not find a more perfectly cooked burger around. The Buns were also soft and fresh. Shakes most definitely have that older Americana taste and feel as it is still served in the steel mixing cans. Don't miss out on grabbing some of the best food in the area from this place!"

"The ORIGINAL butter burger location did not disappoint when we visited and left me with an experience that will see me return! Solly's wasn't too busy when we visited for a Friday night but we did arrive early on purpose to ensure that we would miss the rush. Upon arrival I did see the double arches bar seating only but found the seating to be pretty good and comfortable. The people were very friendly and upon being greeted we were told we could sit on either side. Our server was very friendly and took our order right away. She also informed us that there was only one slice of Door County Cherry Pie remaining, to which I immediately said we would take it. Our order was put in and our server came with the pie boxed up so that we could take it home. The original butter burger is why I came so I was really excited to give it a try. Crinkle cut fries came out first and immediately following was the butter burger right on time. The server prepped the fries while the grill was taken care of but the timing was in harmony. The burger does have a good amount of butter which makes it awesome! It is a steak burger & not ground beef making it different from something you would get in other places. The fries were good and crispy. We also got a patty melt meal which had the same goodness but didn't have as much butter so a good balance if you don't want to go all in on the butter. One thing I didn't notice but should call out is that they have red cream soda so if you are a fan of this like I am then you can get that with your order too. Finally we had some caramel cinnamon apple pie with ice cream which was awesome. We got a cookie too just to try them and I will say they seemed to be more of a soft grocery store bought consistency than a homemade fresh baked feel. At home we gave the Door Country cherry pie a try which was good with just the right tart / sweet taste. I would highly recommend stopping by here and I will be back here myself as well for THE original butter burger!"
