"I ordered a Chicago style pizza and the three cheese garlic bread. I am very happy with both. I thought the prices are good for the meal. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes pizza."

"We were excited when this pizzeria opened near us. We ordered several pizzas when family was in town, and although it was pretty expensive, everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Surprising to find a gluten free deep dish, and the toppings on ‘The Lou’ were delicious. I do have to say that the crust seemed very, very yeasty. When we picked up the order, my husband made an impulse purchase of a salad he saw in the display cooler, which is unusual for him lol, and it turned out to be one of our favorite parts of the meal, really good vinaigrette. After downloading the app and signing up for email, we have gotten pretty good offers and discounts too. Update: just had to add that when I recently placed an online order for a gf ‘The Lou’ pizza with no cheese, an employee actually called me to let me know that there is some cheese in the Spinach Mix used on that pizza, which I was fine with, but I appreciated that they took allergens and dietary sensitivities that seriously, very impressive, and great customer service!"

"Great pizza. The crust and sauce flavors are unique and delicious. Anytime I'm near the area, I have to stop in and order one and grab a few frozen ones as well."

"Absolutely delicious! We ordered a deep dish pizza for lunch prior to flying home. We also bought a frozen deep dish to take home with us. It was still frozen when we arrived home 3 hrs later. Great service, great pizza and convenient location to the airport. Note, the place is takeout only."

"Maybe it was played up too much. I expected better. We ordered a large Chicago deep dish and a large thin crust. The deep dish was the Lou special, it tasted great with sausage, cheese, and sauce but it was mostly crust. It was crunchy on the bottom but doughy up top. We ordered 4 toppings for the thin crust: mushroom, sausage, green pepper, and black olive. The thin had no taste. I had to add salt just to make it at all palatable. $75 for 2 disappointing pizzas? I'll do Giordanos Or Gino's East, thank you very much."
