"The absolute WORST customer service of all-time!! I ordered two pizzas and garlic bread on a Friday. They forgot the garlic bread. I've been trying to get in touch with them since. It's now Monday. It says they're open and it rings when I call during business hours and nobody answers. No voicemail either. Will never eat there again."

"The pizza is fantastic. I wish they would have a sign that you can read while in line to know the available toppings, sauces and finishing sauces. It would make the line go faster. Also, the staff member with pink hair was incredible. She was so patient with people in line trying to figure out what they wanted and she was working so hard. The manager cooking the pizzas kept flirting with another girl working there which was distracting her from doing her job. Considering how busy they were I found that to be a turn off."

"MOD Pizza: MOD Pizza is relatively new to the area and had been recommended to me by a number of people. The premise of the restaurant is that you can create/modify your own personal pizza with any of their toppings for the same cost. The pizza is also cooked rather quickly (as it’s very thin crust), so it’s almost like fast food. A similar set-up to Subway can be found when entering the restaurant, where one instructs the employee on the other side of the counter what ingredients/toppings to add to their custom pizza. My creation had an Alfredo sauce base, mushrooms, onions, Canadian bacon, Mozzarella cheese, and Asiago cheese. Overall, I was pleased with the way it tasted. I would go back at some point but wouldn’t rush back because of the pricing and I personally prefer a thicker crust. It’s about $10 for your personal pizza, which isn’t egregious, but I can get larger pies at some of my other go to pizza parlors for around that price. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly, and it is appreciated that they offer a wide variety of customizations. It's worth checking out if you’re near one, but not necessarily a place I would go out of my way to get.
