"Very rude, and surprised on this high-end store .The sales person told they would come in other colors when we found the one we liked , We asked if this came in the color we were looking for? And the clerk said as I told you it doesn’t come in that color!!! Then why were we told dresses do come in other colors when we walked into the store. Second upsetting thing , I had 3 dresses I picked to try on came out with each one on to show the Bride and her Mother- in - Law. And Sister in law To see which one they liked on me. When I turned back into the dressing room to give the dresses I didn’t want to the clerk, she had already been into my dressing room when I was showing the party the 3 dress on me. I have Never in my life have a clerk take something out of the dressing room until I was done with it, !!!! I know I won’t be back AGAIN!!!!"

"I went to Furs of Distinction for a Mother of the Groom dress 1 month before the Wedding Date. In a panic I worked with Dee there. She was awesome! I was by myself so I needed someone to be honest and upfront about how the dresses looked on me. She even took the time to take pictures of me in each dress to send off and get other opinions. They do have one stop shopping there if you want it but aren't pushy if you don't. They 100% have my business in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Prices are great and staff is beyond helpful. I'm so grateful!!!!!!"

"I suggested shopping to a friend there for wedding clothing because I have bought mother of bride clothing there. I was sadly disappointed to hear from my friend the staff member was dismissive of her, telling her they didn't have any types of clothing she'd want. I will not refer anyone to Furs & Clothing of Distinction ever again."

"Came here to just look at mother of the bride dresses-Worker was nice, but kinda pushy in the beginning. We had told her my mom had recently bought a dress and wanted to just stop in because it was referred as a place to check out. She immediately was asking if we liked all these dresses and just getting the vibe that she just really was trying to get my mom in a dress—when we had told her we just wanted to “look” from the beginning. After my mom tried on a couple of the dresses that the worker had suggested off the racks, we thought one was pretty. That’s when she became extremely pushy. She had my mom in the dress, shoes, a bracelet, and grabbed earrings even without us asking us or even looking, she just grabbed. She was so pushy that we didn’t even have time to think. My mom finally had the chance to speak her mind in the most respectful and nicest way and said she just felt too old in this dress and that this dress seems more for like an older women. My mom then immediately mentioned she feels more comfortable in the dress that she had recently bought rather than what she was in, but still wanted time to “think” about it (trying to be respectful.) The lady, IMMEDIATELY went silent for 10 seconds and said, “well I never heard that before” (with an attitude) and started putting away everything she brought out for my mom. She literally did not say one word to us. Didn’t even finish helping my mom out of the dress which she was doing the entire time. Then a new customer walked in and she immediately started helping them like we were chopped liver. We will never return and will probably never recommend this place due to horrible attitude/customer service."
