"Dropped my car off at 1030 for a 130 appointment to replace muffler. Returned at 430 to pick up my car and they did not touch the car at all and they said "We didn't know that you wanted it done." They could have called to confirm if I wanted the estimate or get it fixed but there was no phone call all day. Even tho I told them before I left in the morning. They didn't even look at it all day. It was in the same spot I left it."
