Most recently, I expected that I needed a full brake job but they inspected my brakes and told me that I actually didn’t need to have the brakes replaced. They could have easily proceeded with the brake job as I had expected, but they didn’t, saving me hundreds of dollars. I appreciate the honesty they have shown."

"Don’t even waste your time getting an appointment here. The “manager” told me in an email to drop my vehicle off at 930 and said what the inspection fee would be. When I showed up I was told I never responded to the email so she didn’t save my appointment. I guess I should have tripled checked my appointment was saved. Poor communication from the business and really poor customer service in the store. No solution for a future appointment offered. Just kept staring at me like I wasted her time walking to the counter. I’ll make sure and spend my money elsewhere."
