"Very friendly & helpful staff along with tasty sandwiches! Our new go-to sandwich shop!"
"Friend ordered the full sub. It was great. Can't say as much about the salad, had it warmed up, cheese melted to the meat. Everything stuck together as one big clump."
"absolutely great place to eat. and staff is wonderful. 10/10. helped me resolve my issue and did everything correctly!!"
"I hate to change this review (10 months ago I gave 5 stars) but this is the last time I will be tolerating this location messing with the small lunch time. No hard feelings against the manager, he actually seems amazing, and has fixed errors for his team, with my food directly, twice now, so sir, thank you for showing integrity and genuine customer service. As far as the lunch team, working here. Needs some serious regard and attitude repair imo. I've now had about 3 or 4 incidents where it seems they have intentionally been lazy/biased and didn't make my food the way I requested it. Two times were the ones mentioned above and ( the manager) he helped. They messed up my sub once and my bowl the following week lol . I was there for almost my entire 30 min lunch each time, but at least he cared to fix it up and hand it to me himself. Was very nice) meanwhile his employees stood behind him looked appalled someone didn't just accept what was given/an incorrect order. This last time (today) I ordered for pick up, for 2:45-:50 and hour before I had to go get it. Work got hectic, im only 3-6 mins away but I made it to the store like around 3-3:02pm. I got my food and noticed the fries were BRICK cold. I asked for fresh fries; as every location I've gone to for my entire life (inner & west Milwaukee. Tosa, east side/ all college locations, downtown, New berlin, and etc.) drops your fries when you come to pick it up so they are fresh. The Team member says I'll make an exception this time, *rolls eyes* but next time we won't. I expressed, I thought the rule was to drop them when you pick up your food? And she said oh? well not here. Your pick up was at 2:45. *rolls eyes again* I smiled and said ok noted...decided to leave it alone (this is the same woman who has messed up my food before so...I know im getting nowhere communicating with her.) After about 8-10 mins she brings the fresh fries and hands it to me with a attitude and looks away from me as if she's disgusted. Says have a good day and closes the little window fast like LOL im here for lunch babe, save them feelings....ew... As someone whose worked in many food service restaurants before. I do not approve of nor do i condone this. Especially not as a older woman, its not your place to behave this way. Yet many encounters I've had with this lunch team, has not been pleasant. Just wanted to note that for this location. Again, no hard feelings. I'm not mad. Just disappointed and turned off from this location."
"Went in here twice. Ordered the same thing: Chicken Cheddar Deluxe, no onions, to go. Both times the place was empty of customers, both times they've given me onions on the sub. This isn't rocket science. If it were busy, maybe I could see a mistake like this happening, but both times I was literally the only person at the counter. Both times I was attended by younger employees who seemed less than attentive. This time there were less onions, but this looks more like they started giving me onions, remembered, and rather than clean them off, continued with making the sub. Not going there anymore, plenty of other establishments on that road that are cheaper anyways."
