Texas Roadhouse

"We made an advance reservation for dinner last night and checking in upon arrival we were told approximately 20 minutes. Great. The place was beyond packed at the entrance. And they just kept taking walk-ins with an hour plus wait. We waited 30 minutes and checked again with the hostess. We were told at least another 20-30 minutes which put us on the same time frame as walk-ins. The manager comes out and says "we just need to understand how restaurants work". At 63 I think I already know. I also know that we set up the reservation in advance as I am handicapped and they have no seating in the hostess area. The bar area was beyond packed. I didn't bring in my mobility scooter as I knew crowding would be an issue, but I also didn't need to be standing in an extremely crowded area, having my cane kicked out from under me twice, because the staff evidently "didn't know how a restaurant worked" as far as quoting seating times and continuing to take additional walk-ins when if I had to guess I would say the entryway crowd exceeded the allowed limits, not to mention the people forced to stand against the fresh bread station which is not very sanitary. Not at all impressed."

"Floor in restaurant was dirty, there was food, napkins and servers just walked over it Ordered bacon cheeseburger, had better! Ordered deep fried pickles, could of been fried longer Ordered steak filet salad, didn’t receive dressing or croutons. Asked for them, server said they were out of croutons??? Server tried telling us we ordered cheese fries but never ordered them? Restaurant looked liked it should of been in the north side of Milwaukee Will not go back"

"We called in early for our party of 17. We waited an hour. They separated our party in 3 parts, far apart. They brought wrong order for our table of 8 for one of us. 3 steak dinners were rare instead of well done. My potatoes were cold. They were very busy, but for the money we forked out, it should have been a better experience. ."

"The food was delicious as always and take out was ready at the time it said it would be. Only complaint I have is about the "boneless wings" that cost $10. See the pictures. It was just a few tiny pieces of chicken. They also forgot the celery that is supposed to come with the wings. I went back up to ask about the wings and get my celery, and she said that's pretty much the normal amount of "wings" in an order."

"Wow. So good! I had a great time and my server (Joe) was superb. I went there with my cousins and I loved it so much! First we got the bread and that sweet butter! Loved it so much I ordered some to take home. My order was a steak - a 16 oz ribeye and I had several appetizers, rattlesnake bites, potato skins, and cheesy fries. For desert I had the strawberry cheesecake and brownie with ice cream. I will definitely return. This location is an easy five stars and the server Joe is 5+ stars."
