"Well, our bathroom cabinets cost and arm and a leg and they were not done right. We were supposed to stick our hand into upper top of the cabinet to open them without a handle. Instead, they arrived flat, and you couldn’t open any of the cabinets with your hand. I was amazed they didn’t inspect them, or at least read the order correctly. Now we have to foot the bill for handles and the cost to install them, which wasn’t the design. I will ask them if they will pay for the handles. These cabinets cost over ten thousand dollars. What are we getting?? I wonder what will happen next."

"Went in to see about having some cabinets made for a kitchen remodel. Talked with Alex for about 20 minutes. I had a lay out as well as pictures of the style of cabinets I wanted. He told me they could easily do the job, and said the owner would get in touch with me within two days. Didn't wait by the phone and a good thing too. Never heard back from them. So about five days later I called asked if Alex was in, they said yes and when I gave them my name, they came back on the line and told me Alex was out, and would get back to me. Never happened. Don't want to work with a homeowner? Okay, but why not just say so from the beginning and not waste me time?"
