"This is easily the worst thrift store in Lodi & surrounding areas. It’s dirty and you can tell they never clean it, pick things up, or organize anything. Clothes and toys and shoes will be tossed or dropped on the floor and left there, there is broken items everywhere, and it’s the same junk every time I’ve gone in even though it’s been months apart. And all of the times I’m in there, whoever is behind the counter is busier talking on the phone than greeting or helping anybody. I’ve given up after several tries to find something there and will never be back"

"I began working at Classy Rags when I was 18 and stayed there for about four to six months. Working at that store was one of the best times I have ever had. All of my coworkers were friendly and we tried to greet every customer with a welcome and a smile as soon as they walk through the front door. My manager, the owner of Classy Rags, treated me with the same respect I had showed her and I could not express the gratitude I have for the woman who gave me a job when I needed it. I was actually the cashier that the gentlemen, Joseph Camacho, had mentioned in his review. My coworker was not impatient with me at all and we sincerely apologize for giving you that impression of us. My coworker was actually in the middle of arranging a very important sale for the store and I had interrupted him. Even if I hadn't interrupted him, at Classy Rags we worked to keep the customer waiting as little as possible so that you can have the fast and efficient experience we feel you deserve. The reason why we could not initially sell the pillow pet to you and your family was because we had no authority to price the item. The owner is the individual who puts the prices on a majority of items and I simply sell them to whoever wishes to own them. I had apologized repeatedly to your wonderful wife and daughter because there was nothing I could do about it. We did not wish to disappoint you or your daughter. Once you expressed your discontent, I felt horrible that I could not do anything until my coworker finally put a price on it. We felt thirty dollars of your hard-earned money was far too much, so I'm glad we came up with a reasonable price for your transaction. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope you understand that I meant absolutely no harm towards you and your family."
