"The work got done but it took multiple broken commitments and some suspicious practices along the way. After a couple appointments to get an inspection done, I brought my car in and left it for the day (a non-trivial inconvenience involving ride arrangements, as they don't do loaner cars) and was told it would be done by EOD... but nothing was done at all that day. I picked up my car in the evening and made another appointment with the assurance that it wouldn't happen again, and they would give me a significant discount to make up for it. Left my car again the following week (involving more ride arrangements). This time it was completed by EOD, but not only was the promised discount not applied or offered, but the price tag came in slightly *over* the quoted estimate (which is hard to prove as, conveniently, I was never sent that estimate in a work order). I also haven't gotten the survey email that was supposedly sent. Wonder why. ADDED 11/15: Had to come back and downgrade my initial rating. I initially gave two stars because at least the work got done, but ever since then I've had a bad rattle coming from the area they worked on that wasn't there before, so now the work itself is a problem too. On top of that, after they replied to this review (below), I followed up with them via email as they suggested, with not only the requested information but also the addition that I had new problems with the work. Two weeks later, I still haven't heard back from them. And my car is still having problems, which I guess I'll now take somewhere else to fix.
