"I couldn't find the answers I needed on the website so I proceeded to do the next best thing. I attempted to call in and the voicemail literally said they have no one there to take my call. This is my first impression of this company and it's certainly not going well. I wish I could justify it as being before or after operating hours, or during lunch- nope 1pm on a Tuesday. And again at 2 just in case it was me at a bad time. Not even a follow up call was returned to me."
