"Placed an online order at 4:30pm for 5:45pm pick up tonight, picking up thru drive thru. No one in drive thru line so husband wheeled right up at 5:45. Workers looked at my husband for FIFTEEN MINUTES WHILE SUCKING ON A SODA BLATANTLY IGNORING MY HUSBAND, THE CUSTOMER. He finally blasted his horn and got someone's attention. Finally got the food and left the drive thru at 6:05. Absolutely horrendous customer service and it's a shame you are probably paying these "workers" $15/hour or more. Will never go back."
