"They couldn’t get ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich, stood there for 20 minutes, and had to get our money back because we were late for our movie. There were five people behind the counter, only two of whom were doing anything, while the others just stood and watched. Pathetic."

"So I had stopped by to get two kids meals and custard. I had said I wanted one with vanilla and Oreos and one flavor of the day with hot fudge. Why did I get a cashew and Carmel fudge sundae with cashews on the bottom? What if it got to someone who is allergic? Couldn’t go back bc I had to go to work. Pretty disappointed."
