"I ordered the all nighter bagel sandwich and coffee andit was made incredibly fast! The customer service was through the roof and the staff was super friendly and welcoming when I came in even in a rush! The manager Chloe especially made sure I was tended to quickly! That store shines when she’s working it’s always a great experience with her and the staff!"

"I recently visited the Einstein Brod Bagel and observed the so called manager scrape the fillings of my sandwich off the cutting board and literally throw it back together so bad, I wish I could insert a picture to show how badly she attempted to put it back together. When ask if that is the way she was going to hand me my food she replied there’s nothing wrong and proceeded to talk trash as I could she the other young lady behind the counter snicker. This is a store I visit at least two to three times a week and also have purchased several baker’s dozen. Thus one incident will stop me from patronizing them altogether as I see customer service no longer exists."

"Came in for some coffee and needed to use rest room... Got denied restroom ... Went to pickn save... Come back into the store and i see two guys leaving the bathroom drying their hands.. I asked why i was denied and the lady said it was for paying customers only and not the homeless. I snapped out making it clear that anyone coming into store wearing clothes covered in paint usually isnt homeless. And if you knew what a blue collar worker looked like you wouldnt be so judgemental. Calling corporate and having people fired.. That was the worse experience ive ever had"

"Don't waist your time with this location. This store has a female employee who is regularly unpleasant. On my last visit she quickly yelled at me when I entered the store that it would be a long wait. After waiting to have my order taken she became upset that I ordered multiple breakfast sandwiches. She began to shake her head and sigh. She then began to yell at incoming customers that the wait would be long because I ordered so many sandwiches. Her body language showed she was upset. After taking my order she then began to talk with other employees loudly about being too busy. I understand being short handed but this same lady constantly has the same unpleasant behavior with customers. I believe another person left a review of the same employee. The employee at the register is the employee who has a bad attitude."
