"I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. I only received one patty. On top of that, they gave me the correct box for the burger. I called and had to leave a message. This is just insane. The West side restaurants do this all the time. One needs to check the order when they get it. I just cannot believe they had the correct box but the wrong burger. I wonder if the problem is a language barrier?"

"Usually have good service but today there was almost no sauce on the burgers, got regular soda instead of diet and my fries came only half filled when I ordered a large."

"I will never visit this McDonald’s again! I usually visit this location at night I always ask for fresh fries and I get fresh hit fries. The male employee that took my order seemed bothered that he had to take my order. I ordered multiple items and I asked for fresh fries twice because he seemed to dismiss the first request and kept repeating anything else. When I received my food I reached in the bag and fries were luke warm. I nicely ask the female employee for fresh fries and that I don’t mind waiting. As I pulled up to wait for fresh fries I hear a male employee yelling that the fries were fresh. He came to the window with an attitude and said the fries were fresh when he bagged them and he refused to give me fresh fries. I then asked for a refund and he proceeded to say you can take your food or I keep your food and you won’t get a refund. At that point I ask for his name or his employee ID number he shut the window in my face and walked away. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!"

"Went here at about 1230 am. The guy taking my order was super short with me and kept asking anything else? After every item without letting me finish my sentence. He rolled his eyes when I asked for a cup holder for our drinks and then he mumbled something to me. I asked, I'm sorry, what did you say? And he literally yells at me; move to window #2! I then waited for 5 minutes for cold food. Usually this place is super friendly, so maybe it was a one off but I didn't understand the aggression. I work in customer service. If you hate your job and can't be nice to customers, then you shouldn't be at the forefront in a customer service job. I get we all have bad days, but you shouldn't project that onto others."

"This is one of the more consistent fast food restaurants in the area. They rarely forget items or get anything wrong. Curbside service is really convenient, and the drive-through can be hectic, but it's usually fast. I don't recommend going inside, especially when it's busy. The customer service is actually better outside. The fact that they're always open is a big plus."
