"One of my favorite places to get bubble tea. I’ve tried to the tiger, Thai, taro and the chocolate covered strawberry one when they had that as a special. Every time I come here I get delicious bubble tea and the workers are always friendly. I enjoy the atmosphere as well. Prices aren’t too bad either and you get a lot for what you pay for. "Consuming boba should fill you with caloric happiness, but not today. I left feeling like Sasuke being tortured by Itachi. Oh the pain! How can you mess up boba tea?!?! It wasn't busy, but they still managed to prepare the beverages incorrectly. One drink consisted of popping boba, instead of lychee jelly. The other beverage contained some other tea flavor that wasn't ordered. It has a odd chemical flavor, with hard lifeless boba clumped at the bottom. The lid wasn't closed, so a decent amount poured onto the pickup counter. Or maybe the liquid was tying to spare me from drinking the entire cup of despair, by escaping through the open lid. I shall never know. I wouldn't return to this particular location."

"Hello. I went in last night and I was very disappointed. I ordered a honeydew milk tea with boba. They made it wrong twice and it looked nothing like a standard honeydew milk tea. It was not even the proper color or flavor. I would appreciate a refund. Thank you!"
