"I love this location so much . They get super busy but they do such a great job getting people in and out, and checking with you if they see you’re waiting too long. My drinks are made the same every single time and the customer service is phenomenal. The baristas will literally stop me if I order something out of my normal just to check and see if I’m okay lol ! They’re the best and deserve a bonus or something for the holidays"

"As an employee at this location when it opened, I found management to be totally unfriendly and vuagely cruel. Management had no interest in casual interactions necessary to form a cohesive workplace, and professional interactions could be described as "snappy". Totally strange working environment..."

"Went today to get my birthday free coffee and was happy about that. The starbucks was closed early at 2pm. Saw 6 employeees outside and asked what was up. Got an angry were closed.. so my birthday thing expires today I said and they just said go somewhere else. Not in a nice way. So much for leaving tips every time at the drive thru. Horrible customer service. Called starbucks and was offered no help to extend my birthday coupon either. What the heck is going on at this place. Just nasty rude people in a high profit tips driven business. I dont know where the next place was, but they sure turned a positive experience into a negative one fast."
