This type of behavior is not only unjust but also violates basic human rights. I strongly urge them to take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and to provide training on diversity, equity, and inclusion to all staff members."

"My experience at the store did not go so well due to a lady named Jenny who I believe was the manager. I noticed that she was extremely rude and unpleasant towards employees and costumers leaving me unsatisfied with my visit to the store. Maybe if American Eagle gets rid of her, it will be a better environment for everyone."

"The workers were great and helpful when I was shopping but once i got to the registers there was this blonde head girl with a name tag that read “Jenny” or “Jen” I can’t quite remember but I believe shes a manager who was just so RUDE! She has a bad attitude and definitely should be talked to about the way she talks to customers and employees and just her overall demeanor! Do better American Eagle!"

"Friendly staff. The cashier was super nice. Clean store. Some clearance items, which was nice. Some items a bit pricey. Waiting in line to check out ~ took a bit. Trendy clothing and accessories. Overall a lovely store."
