"I went in to get a bakers dozen of everything bagels. The ornery manager asked me if I called ahead and ordered them. I said no. She said you have to call ahead if you want all of the same ones. She then said they just had a tray of them come out of the oven and she can't give them all to me in case some one calls in a order. I asked if there are any orders for them now. She refused to answer me and would only sell me 6 of them! This seems ludicrous to me. I'm standing there wanting to buy them all but you want to save them just in case someone else calls to order them? Pure ignorance! Einstein bagels on 27th and Oklahoma you've lost my business!"

"I went an hour after they opened. The customer service was fine. I ordered the caramel cold brew shake, which was everything I didn't need but I thoroughly enjoyed. I ordered the farmhouse bagel sandwich and that was delicious as well."

"Customer Service: Meh. She entered the order incorrectly and over charged for two eggs, when only one was ordered and on the sandwich. Food: Meh. The sandwich wasn't cut in half, schmear had a sour taste and sloppily put together. Most of the tasty bagels were not available, like spinach florentine and hash brown bagel. Service: Meh. The online orders were being handled before walk-in orders. It took way too long to receive two sandwiches. Noticed a group come in; While her friends went up to the counter to order, one lady in the group placed an order online at the same time. Her order was quickly prepared, placed in the pick-up bin and the other ladies were still waiting for their food when we left. She then started eating in front of them. While it was quite comical, it just shows how app orders are pushed as priority. While I like the franchise, I'm not coming back to this particular location."
