"Definitely one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at in the world. Every dish was fantastic. The food was very interesting, with innovative ingredients. More importantly, unlike some fine dining restaurants, they made sure that every innovative dish was absolutely delicious. Particularly the koji ice cream with brown rice and caviar, the shiitake rooibos tea, and the madras carrot cake. They also made great substitutions for my pescatarian wife. Excellent beverage pairing as well, and perfect portion sizes. Can't wait to come back!"

"Great entry level tasting menu for elegant and fine food noobies. Awesome to have a restaurant like this in the Milwaukee area. Front of house was spectacular and you had a chance to meet the whole team as they alternate who presents your courses. Food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, but the overall ingredients, preparation, temperature, and taste do fall a little short if you are an experienced eater. Would return again to try a new seasonal menu."
