"I went to get some coffee and I stood in line while a female employee made some coffee for the people that were there before me and when she was done, she just left and didn’t say anything to me and I waited for over ten minutes and a male employee came from the back and without asking me anything he started taking a target employee order while I was there standing and no one asked to take my order or anything so I wasted my time and gas and just left without even getting a drink or anything. Worst customer service."
"I stopped by this Starbucks on my way out of Target because I noticed their varied designs of travel cups, mugs, etc. included mermaid design bottles. The baristas were using the time between customers to keep up on tasks, and immediately switched tracks as I approached. The interaction took 20 seconds at most, so I now know I can stop by in a hurry. I also intend to, because the food on display (pictured) looked really good. I like the protein pack concept. Also, Starbucks has good chai, so if you're not a coffee drinker, try that."
